Reaction principle

1. Colloidal gold pad / latex pad contains colloidal gold / latex coated with rat anti COVID-19 monoclonal antibody and colloidal gold / latex coated with contrast antibody.

2. The nitrocellulose membrane consists of a test line (T) and a control line (c). The T line was prepackaged with New Coronavirus antibody, and the C line was prepackaged by the contrast antibody.
